Michael was delighted to open the Friends of Wareham hospital fete on Saturday. It was a very enjoyable afternoon, where Michael spent time with the Zephyrae Ensemble, a wonderful group with enormous talent in woodwind.
Michael was honoured to have been invited to several events in the constituency recently. He visited Wimborne Methodist Church which was open during Wimborne Folk Festival. Michael met several of the volunteers, and chatted to the minister over a coffee.
Spring has finally sprung – and we may even be seeing the start of summer! April and May have had some extremes of weather, but I hope you all had the chance to enjoy some sunshine over the early May bank holiday weekend.
As I write this month’s column, the clocks have recently changed and spring finally seems to be upon us. I know that my children are enjoying the longer lighter evenings, taking the opportunity to spend more time on the trampoline in the garden.
Michael recently met with Juice Broadband, a local internet service provider based in Dorset. They aim to provide fast internet connections to people across the county who do not currently receive superfast broadband from the service provider.
