Michael pledged to Back British Farming at an event in Westminster this week. Michael recognises the vital role that South West farmers are contributing to the economy, the countryside and food production.
Michael was delighted to be able to ask a question of the First Secretary of State at Prime Minister's questions last week. The Prime Minister herself was away, and Michael took the opportunity to raise the importance of getting Young People into work.
This week in Westminster Michael attended a Guide Dogs event at the House of Commons on 3 July. They are highlighting the very real dangers posed to blind and sight impaired people when drivers park their cars on the pavement.
